This plot has been strategically allocated to accommodate the first phase development of the manufacturing facility for Line 1, with provisions made for the potential expansion to incorporate 3 additional lines for BOPET, BOPP, or CPP in the future The plot benefits from road access from both the west and north directions, facilitating efficient transportation and logistics operations. The development includes a main process hall, complemented by essential supporting structures such as silos, raw material feeding areas, finished goods movement zones, and utility buildings. In addition to the core manufacturing infrastructure, ancillary buildings have been meticulously planned to enhance the working environment and cater to the needs of personnel. Undertaken within an operational plant, this brownfield project demanded meticulous execution amidst ongoing operations. Noteworthy components include: Positioned between active coke operating batteries, the RCC quenching tower’s construction involved erecting staging up to 30 meters in height, facilitating seamless integration with plant operations. The foundation for the chimney involved a single pour of RMC concrete amounting to 160 cubic meters, reinforced with 62MT of steel, ensuring structural robustness and integrity. Featuring 26 oven batteries, construction necessitated the pouring of heat-resistant RMC totaling 1040 cubic meters, with 160MT of steel consumed and meticulously poured in three stages for durability and precision. Inclusive of the Quenching Tower, Coke Oven Plant, Chimney Foundation, Boiler House, Steam Line Foundation, and Pushing & Quenching Car Tracks, the comprehensive civil works construction adhered to stringent safety protocols, enabling seamless execution amidst the operational plant environment.
